On March 9th 2020, I purchased a 2007 ***, the salesman took vehicle to be inspected while I waited. The brakes seemed ;ow but I thought I was unfamiliar with the car.But it took more than 10 car lengths to stop pumping brakes. I had gone 57 miles since purchase. Called dealer.busy, then mail;box was full. Close to my garage, had brakes inspected. Failed inspection. Have documentation. Called dealer, still mailbox full. Unsafe to drive or even return home. HAD brakes repared. Cost $740+ Began aining while driving. Windshield wipers and rear view mirror dropped off, Mileage 91 miles. Have not driven care since.
we are here to help due to covid we where closed for 2 months. we will fix your wiper issue and rear view mirror issue, about the brake we will give you $400.00 towards your expanses. We sold vehicle as/is but we stand behind all our vehicles not sure what went wrong with brakes please also forward us the repair bill for brake repairs so we can go talk to the inspection shop vehicle was inspected by certified inspection shop all your concerns are part of inspection.
I bought a car and no one gave me a title. They claimed they would mail it but it took over a month, many phone calls and more stuff I had to go through to get this title. The tags they gave me expired and I couldn’t drive the car because I couldn’t title it. They shouldn’t legally be allowed to sell a car without the title. I told someone there to send it to me or if I had to drive down there it would be a problem. Their response was “who the *** do you think you are talking to like that.” No one apologized. They also sold the car to me with an ounce of weed in the back seat in a pack of *** cigs.
Sir, we don't keep titles at the dealership only copy's fire hazard. About taking longer then month this vehicle was a trade in from another customer we pay the balance off then we receive the title this case title got mailed by the payoff department to the original owner we had to track the title down whole process took over a month we were able to get you the title you have your title sorry for the inconvenience. I apologize for our staff rude behavior not sure who you spoke to I will personally look into it. As far as ounce of weed on the back seat we have lot of customer comes in test drive the car some time 5 to 6 customer in one day for same vehicle that something will be hard to track.
I went to this dealership on 7/4/19 for a 2012 *** drive at $12,995 and Shaun J is the sales manager. I gave $3000 cash deposit for my loan. I got my receipt for my deposit and I paid for my tags, title and registration in my Buyers Order and contract with *** Loan. This dealership won't give me my tags because they are telling me that I have to give them $2000 additionally on the side to get my tags then they will send them to me. It is not in my Buyers Order for an additional fee of $2000 and *** Loan stated my loan is complete and do not give Chantill Auto Group any additional money if it not in Buyers order. I paid $317.00 for my tags and they have not filed none of my DMV information that I purchased the car information for my tags, title or registration. This auto dealership need to send me my tags, they have since expired on 8/3/19 and I cant drive my new car that I am making car payments on.
