Review: I ordered merchandise from this company, decided to return it, followed their return policy, and have yet to receive my refund. I requested the refund in July of 2014, and have contacted the company numerous times to inquire about the refund due to me, but it has not been resolved. I have called their customer service phone number but no one answers so I leave a message, but receive no phone call back. My emails are usually answered with the standard response indicated that they show a refund was issued in the amount of $58.05, but when I reply saying I did not receive the refund and request proof/verification of the deposited funds I don't hear back. I have documentation of all of my emails to the company, and their responses.Desired Settlement: I would just like the refund due to me of $58.05.
