Chantal has been in touch with Mr [redacted] regarding this complaint It is an unusual complaint and we realize that we have handled it badly We are picking up the kettle to determined what caused this problem and Mr [redacted] is getting a replacement teakettle from retailer, [redacted] *** We do believe this problem will not recur

[redacted] is regular customer of ours and we always take care of his complaints We are surprised that he felt the need to go to the Revdex.com, but will contact him again for resolution to this problem [redacted] will be contacting him shortly and, of course, will replace the problematic teakettle
