We try to be as reasonable as possible and this is why we offered the small amount of $20 to temporarily put your passenger window in the fail upward position. We would usually charge anywhere from $40-$60 to do the temporary repair....

When the vehicle left the shop the driver side window was fixed properly and the passenger window was still up. We cannot be held responsible for a window that came in with an issue and still had an issue when it left.
