Channing Bete Company, Inc.

On [redacted] I purchased CPR equipment from Channing Bete and did not receive discounts as previously informed that I would receive.I attended a CPR Instructor course in [redacted] 2014. I was told I could set up an customer account through Channing Bete and receive discounts on my purchases. I set up an account in [redacted] 2014 with [redacted] and provided the customer account # XXXXXXXX. On [redacted] I purchased CPR equipment from Channing [redacted], order # XXXXXXXX SO. I was informed prior to purchasing equipment that I would receive a discount and free shipping. When I purchased the equipment I entered my customer # as I was told to. When I received my invoice in the mail I noticed that I did not receive the discount nor free shipping. I have also noticed that they have a different customer # on the reciept ( [redacted] have contacted Channing Bete numerous times to resolve this issue and have my credit card refunded in the amount of the discount and free shipping. Some one at the company always take my name and phone number and never returns my call. Today I spoke to [redacted]Desired SettlementI am seeking a refund to my account for the discount and free shipping that I was promised.Business Response Sorry for the confusion. We will follow up with the customer immediately and reconcile this issue.
