I've been to great clips several times and have never had a problem until I met [redacted], from the Westpointe location in San Antonio, Tx. She chopped the back part of my hair off by mistake and blamed it on my hair. I saw when she made the error and grinned there after I left to cool off because I was angry as I now need to go bald for it to look decent. When I returned to pay for my tab and ask for the manager I was encountered by [redacted] asking for my ID? like a security guard a night club, meanwhile [redacted] the manager was standing there while [redacted] continued with the explanation she may have messed your hair up but that it will grow back in 2 weeks and I still have to pay. I did not mind paying as my past experiences have always merited a hefty tip for the person cutting my hair but this time I paid in protest and left no tip. This was by far the worst experience from any and I mean any establishment that I have ever had the dis pleasure of meeting. I would like to say they not only ruined my hair and now I'm bald but they treated me like a thief and dis respected me in front of other customers. I will never go back to another great clips and I will make sure that none of my friends, family, co-workers, neighbors and anyone I come into contact with will also never go to great clips if they need a hair cut. If they want to be disrespected and need to go bald wile paying for it, I know where to send them.
