I tried a free trail of skin product. Didn't like the product so I called to cancel product get my refund back. I sent the product back on 4/19/2017
I ordered the product in April. Didn't like it so I sent it back on April 19th to get my refund. I have called numerous times but they keep telling me they have tried several times to put it back in account,but that was a lie. They told me there was a hold on my account,so I called the bank to see if that was true but of course that was a lie. I even asked them to send me a check. They keep telling me it is in the mail. That is a lie. I even sent a complaint to Customerservice and they told me I had to call,so that is what I have been doing. I asked once to talk to a supervisor and they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I understand that there is a restocking fee but they refuse to give me anything back. I have did my part to resolve this but now I would like some help. All they do is give me the runaround It has been 3 months and I still haven't received any refund. I have cancelled prouduct before and haven't had any trouble getting my refund so why are they being so stubborn. I hope we can get this resolved I ordered the product on 4/4/2917. There are two order numbers they are *** and ***. The payment amounts are 95.13 and 89.13. I paid with a visa debit card. I have just talked to customer service representatives.

I have not cancelled or changed my account information at all and I don't except there answer. They told me on the phone that I had a hold on my account. Which was a lie because I called the bank and asked them. There is nothing wrong with my account information so therefore they shouldn't have any problem putting the refund back in my account. They didn't have any trouble taking it out. I asked them if they could send me a check in the mail since they were having trouble putting it back in the account and they said they would. Guess what that didn't happen either. In my opinion they are trying to scam me. They shouldn't be telling me lies. The last time I called and asked them to put my refund back in my account they flat out told me no. They told me again they would send a check and I have yet received it either. This is not very good customer service. I would appreciate it very much if I good just get back my refund I am due. They have the product back and I would just like my refund. It's only fair

Are they going to guarantee that they are going to let me talk to the finance team when I call and not give me the run around. I have called so many times. They just keep giving me the same answers all the time and nothing happens. They owe me the money and I deserve it back since they have the product. Let me know there response and then I will try to call them ,or they could call me if they are sincere about it. My number is

Are records indicate that the refund has left our account months ago.
You will have to call customer service and ask to speak with the finance team.
On 4/4, I ordered trial of 2 products. Tried for a couple of days & wasn't satisfied with product. On 4/11, contacted company for a "cancellation number" & sent email confirming phone call. On 4/12, sent return package to company. On 4/19, company had a. hold on a total of $184.26 (89.13 + 95.13)from my account. I called company & was told that return had not been received. On 4/20 charges were hard posted against my account. I called again on 4/21 and was told that return still had not been received. On 4/24, I contacted my local PO and had them track package & was informed that package had been received at*** & gone out for delivery on same day. I called company again & was told that return had been received and when I asked when funds would be returned to my account, I was told 3-5 days. On 4/28, I called company again and asked about funds being returned and was told by that rep that a refund takes 7-12 days. Every time that I emailed company, I was sent an "auto response" that account details could not be discussed in an email and I should call company for assistance. When I asked what exactly could be discussed through their "customer service" email, I again received the auto response.
Refund I would like funds returned to my account. As I am quite sure the package was indeed received by company well within the 14 days, funds never should have been taken in the first place!
