weekend which I myself asked if we could go there earlierThe customer said she had to be gone by and that would in fact work betterWe were scheduled to go out and do the full service (not a spot treatment) We always ask customers if they need help moving stuff in the garage we only ask to have the shelves cleared off and ready to moveThis was not done so our Tech said he will do everything else and we can return when the garage is ready to be treatedWe stand behind our work 100% and some of the best technicians in the industry we are sorry for the miscommunication and have no problem refunding the $amountWhatever was paid to group on would obviously have to be refunded through them
