Review: On September 20, 2013 I had Chandler Screen to my home, at that time I asked them to proceed with ordering a security door for my home. At that time, install was approximately 2-3 weeks out. I never heard back from them so I called to find out where my door was. I was told it was in but they do not have any appointments available until the following week. I scheduled it for a Tuesday installation and made arrangements for my in laws to be present for the installation. The installation time came and went with no contact from Chandler Screen company. I called them and was told they would call me back with a reason why the install did not occur. I informed them that my in laws had been waiting all day and this needs to be done right away. They called back and advised the install would need to be another day due to delays on an earlier project. I asked for a weekend appointment because this is the only time my wife and I are available and my in laws are no longer willing to help since they were stood up by Chandler Screen. I was told, "we don't do installs on weekends, pick another day and call us back." I did not call back as this schedule does not work for me and during the sales appointment I was told they are a small business and would work around my schedule for install. Today, I received a call from the company threatening litigation...this is horrible business and uncalled for. Chandler Screen did not hold up their end of the deal, they have poor service, and lack follow through. At this time, I'd prefer to not ever do business with them.Desired Settlement: I'd like for Chandler Screen and Awning to own up to not performing as they said they would when I signed the agreement. They did not uphold their end of the agreement, they did not provide customer service, they did not show up to our appointment, they did not follow through on their word for a weekend install. Why should I pay them any money or take delivery of the merchandise?

Chandler Screen and Awning has always taken a great deal of pride in providing outstanding customer satisfaction for nearly 30 years. We have taken this complaint very seriously and have been attempting to contact this customer for approximately three weeks to resolve the original scheduling issues. We were finally were able to speak with [redacted] on 11/14/13 to discuss a solution to the scheduling problem.
On 11/18/13 I spoke directly to [redacted] and we were able to schedule a specific time for our company to complete the installation of his Security door and move forward. He has agreed to retract this complaint when we install his door on Saturday November 23rd at 8:00am.
