Chandler Morgan Eyeworks recently contracted out services for recalls and reactivation  appointments through a service called Solution Reach.  The program tries to reactivate patients that haven't been in the office in over a year. Unless the patient had been marked deceased in their chart...

they were contacted. That is how this patient was unfortunately contacted. Once the problem was identified, Solution Reach made her inactive in their system so she wouldn't be contacted again.
