I am very upset about the following experience I recently had with the following company : Chandler Endocrinology W Chandler Blvd # Chandler AZ ###-###-#### Date: 5/11/Time: approximately 4:PM The receptionist front desk service is very poor They only have one person to make appointments, file claims and check in patientsI called repeatedly to make an appointment for important lab work results only to forwarded to a voice mail service for that one person to call me backNeedless to say, I could never get a chance to talk to someone to make an appointmentI only received voice mails asking for me to call them backAfter about a week of not being able to reach anyone I had to come in - person to make the appointmentThe receptionist was rude and uncaring when I complainedWhat was even worse is that the front desk manager overheard our conversation and did nothingHer attitude was even worseI hope to file a complaint with the Revdex.com because this is horrible serviceI have a serious health concern and no one cared at this office
