I am rejecting this response because:Pretty incredible response actually as this is typical of what this guy does. He goes on the attack and makes up lies to cover up his mistakes. Here are the facts: I didn't refuse the gun. I never received the gun as he sent it to the wrong address. I too have proof of this.I did buy another gun at a local store AFTER I didn't receive the one I bought from him. However, it was not cheaper - much more expensive and not the model I wantedI never called his son any names. Didn't even know he had a sonI never threatened his life - good gracious. We live over miles apart I would guess. I have email after email after email proof of him attacking me and making up lies. And why? He is the one who came out ahead on this deal

I gave this guy his money back minus the restocking fee and cost of shipping. I sent the refund certified mail and have the tracking confirmation for this letter. He refused the original item, he said he'd bought the item at a local store for cheaper. He even sent me the receipt. He went ballistic...

went I told him about the restocking and shipping fees, he called my sons names, and threatened my life.
