totallyThey refunded the money to a closed account which is at a bank I do not use anymoreThat bank received the money which they should never had and then fail to tell me about them receiving it and keeping itI still do have an issue with them charging my card without my permission which is theft

card ending in *** which is attached to the reservation under *** *** was refunded and the guest was not charged I have attached a copy of the credit card transaction report from the company we use to process our credit card transactions.
