I live in a townhouse constructed by Chancel Builders and would not have made the purchase had I know of the problems that I would experience with leaks around the doors and balconiesI have had to replace ceilings and am going to have to replace more because the leaks continue
Chancel has been aware of the problems with my unit, and others within City ClubThey have stretched out communications and response for years, making commitments to which they have not lived up as regards visits and repairs
I would definitely not recommend purchasing a residence built by Chancel
