Sent: Friday, November 06, 2015 11:19 AM Subject: Complaint #[redacted] for Champs Water   Good morning Ms. [redacted] - We are working on the complaints, person by person.  Thank you for your patience.  With regard to complaint #[redacted], I reached out to Ms. [redacted] by e-mail on October 22, 2015 and have not received a response.  However, I can tell you that her late charges from September of $4.17 were credited to her account on September 21, 2015.  We believe this resolves her concern.  I have attached a copy of the e-mail sent to Ms. [redacted] on 10/22/15 and a copy of the audit history that shows her credit of $4.17.
