I have been sending emails asking if I could get a tracking number. They sent me a number and a link on 10/20. The link doesn't even open. Since then, I have sent 4 emails asking them for help and telling them that the link doesn't work and they have not responded of even tried to contact me. Since 9/7/16, I have sent over 35 emails trying to find out where and what's happening. I'm sick and tired of getting the run around and them blatantly ignoring my requests for help. Please help me with this as soon as possible. Thank you
