Dear sir / madam   I received a letter concerning a complaint on a previous resident ID [redacted], after much research on the unit background and resident file, I confirmed the unit had been exterminated on several occasions as well as the building. I am the [redacted] and was never...

contacted by this resident concerning any problems however I did have the unit inspected since we received the letter and no problems were found. Since this concern was brought to my attention I have taken extra measures to prevent future problems.
