This company manufactures its own doors and windows from chinese vinyl profiles. It is literally the poorest quality work I have ever seen - not the cheap chinese vinyl, but the terrible way this company uses their bonding, cutting, and sealing machinery. It is as if they have no idea what they are doing. 75% of the windows in our brand new home have faults. NONE are square at any edge. The doors connect by using a framing part instead of what is commanded to save money - this means the screen doors are knocked off the tracks when you open or close the doors. WORST OF ALL - The repairman asks how you clean the windows when they come to your home. WHY? Because they are trying to void your warranty - If you use anything other than water to clean your windows, window frames, or surfaces near your windows - they void your warranty.
