Champion Transmissions

Review: On 3/**/12 we had removed, overhauled & installed transmission & remanufactured torque converter, 2 year or 24k mile warranty on parts & labor. Removed & replaced remanufactured transfer case, 12 month or 12k mile warranty on parts & labor. (taken from bill) The cost to us $2,300.00

Approx mid November we had the truck towed to Champion Transmissions, because the tranny went again.

About 5 or 6 weeks after they had the truck & numerous phone calls to them, they finally told us that the tranny would not be covered under warranty, when it's clearly stated that it's covered under warranty. They are looking to get another $1500 more for a used transmission & not honoring their warranty.Desired Settlement: Finish the job, transmission to be replaced under warranty,,,
