The first tow amount was $250 and that fee is set because of the the equipment used and time and labor to remove vehicle from original location which takes a special truck as well. The vehicle was taken to a drop yard nearby within walking distance and owner had options to pick it up there, if not...

picked up in allotted time it is them taken to our storage facility, which then would require a secondary tow.

As a company that service the community and we are to clear the roads to make traffic flow freely it is  unfortunate that you loaned your vehicle out and they ran into a tree, there are times that everyone runs into money issues, we have tried to work with you and give you options but I'm sure...

you only want to tell all bad things about our company and it is what it is. 1st option if you have insurance they would pay the bill 2nd option you pay your bill because it is your responsibility 3 pay a portion of the bill to let us know you are serious about getting your vehicle out of impound 4 surrender your title and we would allow you to get your stuff. What we have done is what is in our legal rights and we went beyond and gave you options that other tow companies wouldn't, there's always two sides to every story
