We have tried contacting this client multiple times The client has yet to call us back I spoke with the technician and he said he upgraded the client using an extra license that he hadAs this is against policy, we authorized the tech to go back out and resolve the issue at no
additional cost to the clientThe client has yet to respond to any of our inquiries We are happy to resolve this issue and drop the price to the client's suggested rateIt is worth noting that the client has created this complaint before actually paying for any of the services We had a follow up appointment to handle the billing as well as address any concerns with the new OS the following week I am not sure there is much more we can do at this point
