Have always had excellent customer service from Champion This is our first year with a pool and have called them many times to ask questions and always received good advice and they even came out to see if a part on our filter was broken only to find out that it was fine, and they did not charge us for coming out Very pleased

They own, close and service my pool every year Just wish I had used them for the initial installation rather than the jerks I used
