This shipment was picked up by Champion Moving & Storage on 6/9/17.On 7/10/17 the shipment was scheduled with [redacted] for pick upon 7/19/17, the earliest date [redacted] had available as they need at least a 7 day lead time to schedule. The delivery spread was 7/24-31.[redacted] was...

unable to provide delivery until 8/9/17. The customer was sent a delay claim form with [redacted].When the shipment was delivered some items were missing and some damaged. The customer was sent a claim form for the damage/missing items to file with [redacted].On interstate shipments [redacted] if the responsible party and they will be settling both the delay and furniture damage/missing claims.Sincerely,Christopher C[redacted], President

This shipment was originally set for pickup to move to Florida at the beginning of June. Unfortunately, the customers closing fell through.Champion picked up the shipment for storage on 6/9/17. The customer called on 7/10 with new dates. The earliest date that [redacted] could provide was with delivery 7/24-31 due to high traffic volume. [redacted] picked up the shipment from Champion's warehouse on 8/1 with delivery on 8/9.Champion hod numerous contact with the customer regarding the delay.At the time of pickup from Champion's warehouse there were no exception s taken regarding the inventory.As stated in the previous letter, [redacted] has interstate authority for household goods, Champion Moving & Storage is the local agent.As it stands, [redacted] is processing both the delay and damage claims.Sincerely,Christopher C[redacted] President
