We agree with our customer that safe operation of standby generators is of utmost importance.  As a Premier [redacted] Dealer all of our installations are done to manufacturer specifications and all jobs are permitted and inspected by local authorities.  The carbon monoxide issue occurred...

during a period of very strong winds after almost 2 years of safe operation.  We have agreed to change the placement of the generator at no cost to the customer and apologized for the delay in responding to the issue.  We also apologized to the customer as they found the initial interaction with us to be unfriendly.  We have worked this out with the customer and appreciate the feedback that they provided as we strive to continuously improve.
