Your employees tricked me into letting them into my house and stayed for 4 hours.
I kept telling them I don't want your vacuum cleaner. I am happy with what I have.
They kept showing me and telling me about the vacuum cleaner and I kept telling them I don't want it.
My 2-year-old needed to go to bed. It is 10 O'clock P.M. and they still won't leave.
Only way I could get them to leave was to accept them leaving the vacuum at my home.
Returning it today. The business opens at 9 AM and I will be there.
I will keep you posted on the progress if they accept their return policy or not. Also, will let you know about their payment plan if it gets cancelled or not.

Don’t come to my house and push your way in. Why are you dropping your sales rep off at my house and leaving him? This is a shady company. Loose my info. Don’t come to my house again.

I think this is a wonderful company,and they went above to explain and answer all questions. This is a company that has earned my repeat business and referrals.

The manager utilized to try and "close the sale" became extremely rude and insulting to my face after I refused to buy the vacuum he was trying to sell. It should be unacceptable to call someone a "pig" to their face because they don't want to purchase your product. The only name he would provide was "Curtis".

I bought a Kirby vacuum from this company, and the contract states to cancel in 3 days to not be responsible for the loan. I did so, on Feb 4, 2019, first day of the 3 day time frame. they called me to let me know they received the cancellation, and aware they have 20 days to pick up the property. It is now 02/26/2019 and they still have not contacted the finance company, Merchants Acceptance to cancel the contract. I contacted Merchant acceptance multiple time to have the contract voided, they will not void the contract until the seller send them the cancellation. I followed the guide lines set out by the contract but the seller or the finance company is holding up there end. Champion Industries say they have contacted Merchant acceptance and Merchant acceptance says they have not be contacted.
