I recently purchased a manufactured home from Champion Homes Builders, expecting reliable service and follow-up repairs as promised. Initially, they assured me that all necessary repairs would be addressed once the house was installed on my land. However, when I requested repairs for electrical issues and a door lock, I encountered unexpected resistance. It took two weeks for Mrs. Debbie Hayes, a customer service representative, to respond to my email. She informed me that they would not carry out the requested electric repairs, which included replacing four GFCI plugs and two GFCI breakers.

When I asked for an explanation, they claimed compliance with the HUB code but did not provide a copy or reference to this code. Upon requesting documentation, Mrs. Debbie Hayes simply suggested I "Google it," explaining that "everyone uses Google now." This lack of professionalism and refusal to provide essential information was extremely frustrating.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Champion Homes. They did not fulfill their promises, and their dismissive approach to customer service was disappointing. I would advise others to be cautious and consider other options to avoid wasting time and money.

Another Redman piece of junk! We've had our "New" 16 x 80 Redman for two years, and had nothing but problems with it, and the manufacturer, right from the beginning. Cabinet doors misaligned, closet doors not square (never resolved). Floor squeaks because of bolts not being tightened correctly during manufacture. (Worked on, but not resolved). Service Manager repeatedly lied to us about various issues. Window screens not sized correctly. (Issue finally resolved by window manufacturer, NOT by Redman). Closet doors scraping the carpeting bad enough to dig into carpeting and leaving deep grooves. (Never resolved). Carpeting "upgrade" we paid extra for was not an upgrade at all, carpet is junk. Would NEVER recommend a Redman or a Champion home to anyone.

I have many things that have not been corrected on my modular home, see list

1. The bar has pulled away from the wall and slopes, Trent said he didn't
have the stuff with him but he would be back sometime after the holidays???
2. The linoleum slice is already peeling up, Trent also had something in
mind to fix it with.
3. water heater is still on and off and venting into my house, that is the
only way to keep it on.
4. the trailer and axles are still here
5. the outside need work
6. I have one light that does not work & a switch I don't know what it does.
7. Doorbell does not work
