Review: After paying the final payment on September 10, 2013 for the deck and front step railings and being guaranteed in writing that the project would be complete, the project is still not complete. I was told the product wasn't in at first and that it would be completed within a week of me making my final payment, it is still not done after 3+ months. In addition, I have not had an written or oral communication returned by the vendor since November 26th even after I sent 3 emails and called once. During the email communication from November 26th I was told I would have to pay extra for these services even though in writing on September 10, 2013, the vendor said my final payment would include the gate and front railings.

This is the email communication from September 10th. I can forward along all our email communication if needed.

I just wanted to confirm that you will be coming sometime next week to put a gate on the deck with similar vinyl railing and railings on the front steps. Correct?

Yes, that’s correctDesired Settlement: I just want the gate put up which I was told was standard with any deck and was told that the vendor would do. Also, I want my front railings installed as well as described by the vendor verbally (aluminum railings core drilled into the top step and cemented into the ground).
