I am rejecting this response because:Buyers remorse? I would have never purchase this vehicle if I wasn't mislead into thinking it had Trailer Tow Package option.  I was a serious buyer knowing exactly what I wanted.  Now lets address the lies. "The customer had several days to review the truck window sticker"  I never saw any sticker nor did I receive one. Scott the sale manger and Ola the sale rep assure me the truck had everything I requested except color and 3.5L engine.  I was given a print out on Monday August 28th and saw that the truck had a Class IV Trailer Hitch.  Missing key Fob, Dent, cut in armrest, shaking in the seat, pedal, and steering this dealer is trying to convince me is normal in a new vehicle. I test drove this same exact truck at other dealerships and they don't have shaking going on.  You cheaters were looking to trade and increase over $11,000 on the new truck.

We have contacted the [redacted] to explain that legally we are not allowed to refund him directly that the refund must go directly to the lien holder.
