The vehicle that was damaged on 4/25/had previous bumper damage. When I had spoken with the customer, I had told her that if it turned out that we were responsible I would try to get the damage covered. After reviewing with the employees who were present and the employees who
attempted to fix it, it was determined that the damage was caused due to pre-existing issues and therefore we were not responsible for repairing it
