In January 2015, my father, a father to 4 children, was on his way to a job early in the morning 2 hours away from home. On his way, there was an accident with this towing company. During the accident, my father almost died because the towing lines from the tow truck ran through his car and stopped about a feet or two from his neck. My father’s car was totaled, and he was unable to work for several weeks. I don’t know why the towing truck had the tow line stretched across the entire road, but I do know that they took zero accountability for this accident. How good are their towing skills? I do not know but, if you want a company that takes sincere interest in the people who they get involved with, I do not recommend this company.
