Chalet Motel

Review: Arrived for night on July 29 '14 during storm - advised motel employee found bug under bedspread. Employee offered new bedspread - showered, checked sheets, all looked okay. Went to bed and received phone call and when returned to bed saw 2 more bugs on sheets. Checked online and ID bugs as "bed bugs"...Being a stranger in town, during a night time storm slept in chair for remainder of night. Packed up car - told motel desk clerk I was leaving, to cancel the rest of my reservation because there are bugs in the bed. She charged $68.64 to my credit card and I want that refunded to the card or by check. I have notified the Chalet Motel and have not heard back. When bed bugs are present it does not help to change the bedding and I did not want to move to another room - where there may also have bed bugs..Desired Settlement: Would like $68.64 refunded to my credit card -
