This customer was originally sold a 2004 [redacted] in August of 2015. Ms. [redacted] complained of issues with the car frequently, which we would fix but after a couple of months it seemed there would continue to be problems. We are a Used Car Dealership and sell our cars "as is".... A mechanic goes over them and they are inspected by a licensed DMV inspection site. Unfortunately with used cars, sometimes problems can arise in spite of this and that is beyond our control and this was one of those times. The problems that she had with the car were not due to anything that [redacted] Services had done, or had failed to do. However, in spite of this, we decided to swap out her car with another car, a 2006 [redacted] . This is not our usual policy, but we felt badly for Ms. [redacted] and wanted her to walk away from us feeling satisfied and happy. We did send all of the paperwork necessary to register the car at DMV to her by ***. I spoke to the person responsible for sending the paperwork and they assured me they had sent everything needed and even showed me copies of everything. Regardless,we took full responsibility, apologized to her and a new set of paperwork was sent by [redacted] to her as soon as we were aware of the problem and as far we understand, the car is in fact registered. We apologized to her for any inconvenience, and are sorry that she walked away feeling as if she had a bad experience as we feel we went above and beyond to help her in any way that we could.
