Complaint taken over telephone Revdex.com staff CH. Consumer went to get therapy  and indicated  on Oct 18, On this date the therapist applied a warm tile on consumer neck The consumer had been for therapy several times prior The person's name was Kiera After the next time of visit she went a nurse treated the area Consumer stated she was told she would be contacted by phone to discuss her concernsAs of this date consumer has not been contacted

We categorically deny everything on this complaintChagrin Medical Center has been open years on July 5, In that period of time, we have successfully treated over 9,patients without one single complaintIt is impossible to burn a person with the modalities that we useSince we are all human and we know how a person reacts to a burn, the person claiming this never once during her treatment stated she was experiencing a burn in any way, even after her treatment was overAs I mentioned before, when a person gets burned, they react to itThis patient never reacted one bitShe called my office trying to extort money from me and shopped her case to many different lawyers who would not accept the caseit is my professional and personal opinion that this person is looking for some easy cashAgain, I want you to take into consideration year in business, not one complaint and hundreds of repeat patientsIf you have any questions or comments, please feel free to call me at [redacted] Michael S [redacted] Owner/President

In that period of time, we have successfully treated over 9,000 patients without one single complaint. It is impossible to burn a person with the modalities that we use. Since we are...

all human and we know how a person reacts to a burn, the person claiming this never once during her treatment stated she was experiencing a burn in any way, even after her treatment was over. As I mentioned before, when a person gets burned, they react to it. This patient never reacted one bit. She called my office trying to extort money from me and shopped her case to many different lawyers who would not accept the case. it is my professional and personal opinion that this person is looking for some easy cash. Again, I want you to take into consideration 23 year in business, not one complaint and hundreds of repeat patients.
