I hired [redacted] of CPS [redacted] Property Services to clear trees, stumps, underbrush, remove the debris, and fill in the area with a layer of mulch. They were also hired to do landscaping work around the foundation of the house.Problems:1) They left an entire tree, roots and all on the property.2) They left a section of a tree trunk 16 in inches diameter and 23 inches long on the property.3) They pushed a pile of tree debris onto the adjoining building lot and left it there.4) Numerous stumps were covered with mulch instead of being removed.5) They left between 4 and 5 cubic yards of mulch and a small pile of redstone on the building lot next door. [redacted] said as they were leaving "you paid for it, you should get it and use it"6) The bobcat he was using damaged the bark on seven of the trees we wanted to keep.7) In some areas the mulch is six inches deep and in other areas you can see dirt the mulch is so shallow.8) In a conversation with [redacted] on [redacted] he promised to be at the house on [redacted] It now late Wed evening 6/24 and still no sign of him.Product_Or_Service: tree removal and landscapingAccount_Number: [redacted] + [redacted] = [redacted]Desired SettlementEither issue a partial refund or finish the job you contracted for.
