Chaffee County Waste has continually over-charged for waste collection. Calls to the office have resulted in unfulfilled promises and continued additional charges.

Chaffee County Waste provides trash and recycling pick up in my area. On multiple occasions in the past couple months they have picked up the bag of recycling and thrown it in the trash bin and then dumped it into the back of the truck. If that is what they are going to do after their customers take time to separate the recycling from the trash, then they should not offer that service. After multiple calls, they just make up excuses on why the bag was thrown away.
