Unfortunately we do not make the claim decisions or policy cancellation decisions. The policy forms are State approved. We recommend the consumer follow the appeal process in the letter they received from the insurance company as follows: “In accordance with New Jersey law, if you disagree with the disposition of your claim, you may file an appeal to the T[redacted] three member internal appeals panel. This appeal must be submitted in writing and can be forwarded to the company through the following methods: Fax: [redacted] E-mail: [redacted] Mail: [redacted] Attn: Claim Compliance Manager If the Consumer is still not satisfied the July 21st denial letter and the cancellation notice outlines additional actions the consumer may take. We are sorry that we could not be of further service as we have a good consumer service record and do not like to have unhappy clients but our hands are tied.
