once I get a order in and start building it your time to cancel the order is void and can not be refunded as they are built to orderAs this is a custom build fabrication shop this is a standard terms with most all company's like thisHis product was drop off to shipping at closing to ship and later to come find his email later that nightMy tracking was not updated at that point for him to know do to it was after closing
