Im sure what the business responded is a lie, the dispatcher never said what they claimOne thing is true, I did sign a paper, a blank one that the guy made me saying that if I didn't sign it he couldn't work on my car because that's the *** law

I am aware of this matter, first of all we waiting for court day, you expected a free service trip this would not happen ever, our policy is very clear and % of our clients know itsimply if you do not know ask, technician trip usually is $dollars on Sunday, was given to you for $only,
for diagnostic the only way to avoid it is to buy the service, if you not buying the service you are required to pay the fee stated by the technician, the same policy as the all the dealers all across the country, if you decide to take your car to dealer for diagnostic is dollars just to let you know what's wrong with it and suggest the repair price and decide wether to take your car to someone else or repair it and will be applied toward the repair, if you decide to refuse the service you have to pay or no way you take the car without paying, as simple as that! Josh santons did the right thing, you refused to pay for the service he took your remote to police station in Pflugerville and filed a thift of service against you, As for asking for a refund !!! No way possible as our services are final and not disputable as long as you have used the key was working at the time of purchase, emotional damage for what? ! For steeling the service from us, you are insine!!! you could have chosen not to buy the key In the front of the police officer, since you paid willingly receipt was issued the service was completed, any way we getting our Atorny involved in the case please go ahead and request a court day we see you at the court, no further communication at this point!*** ***General Manager at CFD Locksmith

By signing the agreement service and the service was rendered, no refund or money back according on what you signed ongood luck
