Review: We ordered and paid for specific medical equipment from CEW international medical, but they did not have our order in stock at the time of delivery. They offered to supply us with temporary equipment, of lesser value, until the equipment we ordered would be ready. Several months have passed and CEW is now refusing to replace the temporary equipment with the right equipment we paid for. They are aware we paid for higher quality supplies yet they still refuses delivery.Desired Settlement: At this time we would like to return all equipment and receive a full refund.
