I placed an order for a TV on 7/with [redacted] and received an email from CEVA ome Delivery that it would be delivered on 7/On 7/13, I received a call from CEVA that it was delayed and would be delivered between 4pm and 8pm on 7/I went home early to receive the delivery and it never cameCEVA did not contact me to let me know that it wasn't comingI contacted CEVA on 7/and was told that the earliest that they could deliver now is 7/This is terrible customer service and [redacted] should not use a company that acts in this mannerI warn everyone to stay away from this company

CEVA is contracted to Fred Meyer to deliver upholstered goods and takes all direction from the Fred Meyer Corporate offices vsthe individual stores CEVA was notified of this delivery by Fred Meyer on June 26th, 2017, CEVA has no control over the internal Fred Meyer process from purchase to
notification of CEVA CEVA contacted consignee re order, set delivery appointment, and completed delivery of product on June 7th, This is within business days of receiving our notification of the needed delivery No notations of issues where noted to CEVA at time of delivery and goods were signed off as complete and in good order

I placed an order for a TV on 7/6 with [redacted] and received an email from CEVA ome Delivery that it would be delivered on 7/14. On 7/13, I received a call from CEVA that it was delayed and would be delivered between 4pm and 8pm on 7/15. I went home early to receive the delivery and it never came. CEVA did not contact me to let me know that it wasn't coming. I contacted CEVA on 7/16 and was told that the earliest that they could deliver now is 7/20. This is terrible customer service and [redacted] should not use a company that acts in this manner. I warn everyone to stay away from this company
