Review: Vitamins ordered and paid for, three months ago have not been delivered to me. I contacted them via email and voice mail to refund my payment, but they never replied.Desired Settlement: Send my vitamins, or refund my payment.
Review: I have ordered Cholestoff from this company for at least 6 years and have not had a problem. However, I placed an order on April 17 and have yet to receive it. I have tried to contact them at least 16 time and no response. I have called them the same amount of times and always get Customer Service not available. I have been charged for this item and and it has been paid with my Visa card. Please check into this problem.Desired Settlement: Since I have found another place to get the order, I would like to have my money refunded and the order cancelled.

In response to the customer’s complaint, the product customer ordered had been recently replaced by a new product by manufacturer (from caplets to softgels) without our prior knowledge. When manufacturer started shipping the new product our vendor was initially experiencing difficulty getting the new product setup into their inventory. The new replacement product is now in the inventory and is shipping. However, as per customer’s request we fully refunded the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Review: I paid $75.91 for 4 bottles of CholestOff on May 6, 2013. Shipment was expected in 6 weeks. Money was withdrawn from my account the day of the order. My account is listed on the site as "pending." I received an email confirmation with a 100% guarantee. I have emailed the company on 5 separate occassions asking for informaiton on the delay of my order and finally asking for a refund. I never received any a single response to any of my inquires. I have also phoned the number for the company on my bank statement and left a message. Again, no response. With this said, this company is irreputable and should be considered fraudulent. I would appreciate assistance in getting my money returned.Desired Settlement: I want the total amount of my order refunded - $75.91
Review: I have been calling these people and only have been able to leave voicemails. I've sent two emails with the payment information attached asking for a refund for my vitamins. I have not heard anything from them as of yet via telephone or email. I paid for my vitamins on 2/3/13 and my order # is 116946. My total comes to $59.91. I sent them an email on 4/2/13 and 5/3/13. I asked to get my money back because I need that more than I need the vitamins. I have not heard anything from them at all. I can send you more information if you'd like because I copied myself on the emails. Thank you for any help you can give me. You've helped me before and I tried before I contacted you to get my money back.Desired Settlement: I'd like to be refunded my total amount of $59.91. I have a receipt if you need it. Thank you!
Review: On April 8, 2013 I ordered 6 containers of CholestOff Complete on this company's "medicalprovisions.com" web site. My credit card was charged for $139.89.Since then the status of this order has been shown as "Pending " and "Ships inTwo Weeks". It is now well over three months since this order was placed, and delivery hasnot been made. I have contacted the company by email on seven occasions (as perthe instructions on their web site) between April 24 and July 1. I also left at least two messages on their voice mail requesting status advice. Only one emailreply was received - on April 27, advising that they expected a delivery fromtheir vendor the following week, and would be shipping then.Again, to date nothing has been received. The lack of performance, as well asthe lack of response to customer contact is beyond poor business practice.Desired Settlement: Refund the amount charged to my credit card.
Review: I placed an order for a health supplement item on 4/12/13 (order #117283) and it was processed on 4/15/13 and my credit card was charged.The following are the series of events that are the basis for my complaint:- 4/25/13 - I sent an email to [email protected] asking why my order still show pending. Tehy responded "The product you ordered has an approx. 2 week lead time. You will receive an email with USPS Priority Mail tracking information once it ships".- 5/23/13 - I sent another email stating that I had not received any notification that the product had shipped nor any status on when it would ship. The order still showed "pending". I also requested that since I was buying this product for a friend who had now already left for China, I would like for the order to be cancelled and my purchase fully refunded. I felt I had waited long enough without any updates from this company.- 5/30/13 - I received a response stating "Your order will be cancelled and refunded. We just recently received our shipment from the vendor. This product was on back-order with the vendor and therefore the order was delyed".- 6/4/13 - I sent another email requesting when could I expect the refund.- 6/20/13 - I sent another email requesting to know when I would receive a response or refund.- 7/2/13 - I forwarded the previous email string to a different email address ([email protected]) which their website states that they will give you a "swift reponse".Today is 7/11/13 and I have not received any response nor have I received a refund and the order still shows pending on their website. They have had my money since April.Desired Settlement: Immediate purchase refund credited back to my credit card.
