*** (certified plumbing drain specilist, llc) was hired by my home warranty company to unstop kitchen drain,,, they were deceitful and dishonest and left me with my drain still clogged after I paid them $to replace a 3' pipe and my home warranty paid $The plumber also tapped my pipe which created a leak then told me he needed to tear out my wall behind kitchen sink to repairWhen I told him my sink was not leaking bhe touched it he said, "oops I must have tapped by mistake, I guess I don't have to tear out wall, so you should give me a Tip since I saved you $85"which I did, $bi knew my sink was still cloggedThey encouraged me to consent to doing work without pulling a city permit (which is required) when I refused they charged me $for a $permit I'm a senior citizen and feel like I've been taken advantage of Please be Leary of this company!!!!! Thank you
