Review: I turned on my furnace on Friday, October 24 2014. It was operational but the air was not hot. I called the company number above and requested a technician to attend to the malfunctioning Furnace. When the guy arrived he worked for about and hour mostly going up and down between the thermostat upstairs and the furnace in the basement. At some point, I had to take my son to his school's halloween event. I informed him and asked if wants to come back the next day. He said he was almost done and would continue and lock my door when he was done. Though I was uncomfortable with that, but I accepted. He called me 10 minutes latter and said he was unable to continue but would come back Saturday morning. He never came back. I called him on Monday evening after work and his question was, oh have you not fixed it? I then told him not to come back, that I would call somebody else on Tuesday. Another guy came on Tuesday and observed that 2 essential parts of the Furnace had been removed. He showed my wife some hanging wires from those parts. He then charged $200 just to replace those parts which he said had nothing to do with the type of issue I originally described. He proceeded to fix the issue by adjusting the igniter.My furnace is not working very well, but I would like to have this company pay for this extra $200Desired Settlement: I need the company to refund me the $200 in parts removed by their dishonest technician.
