*** I am writing a complaint against the property rental company Armour Group in regards to a damage deposit cheque not returned for a unit I rented ***
The deposit cheque wasn't returned nor phone calls I made in regards as to whyI had to call several times a day to catch someone in the office because my messages were not being returnedWhen I did catch someone at the phone, I was giving the same answer and exuse "that my deposit cheque is sitting on a desk waiting to be signed"This continued on for weeks and is still going on nowI had started calling the landlord *** after the cheque not showing up after the day limit they have to return***
