Dear Sidia Rose,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. As we review the specifics of our collaboration, it's important to provide context to certain key points:
Timeline: At the beginning of our partnership, you chose to put the process on hold for nearly a year. While we respected your decision and timeline, it inevitably led to a prolonged engagement and impacted the progression of the project.
Decision to Discontinue: Upon your return, you communicated a desire to discontinue the project citing personal reasons, including unfortunate events in your family. We offered our condolences and understanding during that difficult period.
Refund and Logo Concerns: It was only after our refusal to offer a refund, based on the already rendered services and efforts made, that you expressed dissatisfaction with the logo – a design that you played a significant role in conceptualizing. To address this, we immediately offered a revision, underscoring our dedication to client satisfaction.
With the aforementioned context, let's address your specific concerns:
Branding Materials: The branding materials we provided were tailor-made for your agency, and your approval was integral to their creation. Our goal has always been to provide customized solutions, and your input was paramount in shaping the final product. Claiming otherwise is a misrepresentation.
Communication: Our records show a consistent effort to respond promptly and effectively. We value clear and open dialogue, ensuring that our clients are always in the loop.
Our Expertise: Our long-standing reputation in this field goes beyond branding. It integrates licensing, accreditation, and business operations, providing our clients with a comprehensive service package.
Legal Agreement: Our collaboration was grounded in a mutual contract. We have upheld our end of the agreement, striving for excellence in all areas of our service.
Sidia, it's essential to approach our partnership with a full understanding of its intricacies. While we empathize with your personal challenges, it's vital to separate them from our professional engagement. Our commitment remains unwavering, and we are always open to constructive discussions to move forward effectively.
Furthermore, you are entitled to leave a bad review with your opinions but if you are going to use language like scammers because you are choosing to break a contract, we will protect ourselves legally. You have no grounds to make such a claim what so ever. We will not tolerate anymore slander and would suggest you remove anything that isnt either true or an opinion which you are of course entitled to. The next response to your claims of scamming will be from our attorney.
We contracted Certified Home Care Consulting for the purpose of obtaining all information required to submit and to obtain the proper license in order to Operate our agency. It is you responsibility as a professional to obtain all proper information. It is not our job to either review all documents. the state has returned the application due to your negligence. You either have done this on purpose or you are not trained on Minnesota laws. It is you duty to make sure everything is correct and ready to submit the application. Know because your inexperience the state has now flagged us due to all returned application. Why did you not notice that the workcomp was wrong /before you submitted and that the articles of organizations are missing. It is. your job to obtain this information. We had to pay to file this. form, it is approx 30 pages long. It is you duty to do this.
I will have to send you the bill for this. Your organization has to compensate me for this. It is your job not ours. Now your communication with me is very poor due to your unprofessionalism.
At this point We would like to request some else to proceed with this application. We feel that you are not well /properly trained. It was your responsibility to obtain and have everything ready and correct before sending this application. It is a poor excuse of you to say that it is our job to get and apply for articles of org.
We have payed too much money to go through this situation. If the next time the application comes back as denied, we will pursue this issue legally, You as professionals should know what you are doing and what to send the state before you submit the application.

This what Alison said
Claudia,
Effective today 4/15/2022 your contract with Certified Homecare Consulting is cancelled. We will be reaching out to you regarding refunding any money for items that were not received. Please accept this formal request to stop the harassment of our employees and continuing with the non stop phone calls and threats. You will be receiving a call from accounting regarding the refund along with a formal letter of cancellation.
They got paid in full, but has not sent Business card/Brochures/ no training. I would never send anyone to this company, Just read our email to Alison, and what she said,
Thank you so much to Marcus, Ali, Steve, and Katia for all of your help and guidance. There is no way we would have achieved accrediatation without you.
They refuse to refund any of the 5,200.00 down payment. They took my money and gave me nothing but false intentions and zero communication.
During the entire time following the signing of the contract and 50% down payment being given and the cancelling of the contract, which was about a 2 month period, there was no work done by the consultant. I made all communication efforts and were always given excuses on why nothing had been accomplished. They refuse to refund any of the 5,200.00 down payment. They took my money and gave me nothing but false intentions and zero communication. Horrible service.
At least half of the down payment. Preferably the entire payment.
The client advised us that she had decided she would stop moving forward with the process due to a pay increase at work leading to a decision not to go into business on her own. She was reminded of the contract terms that she had agreed to, in particular the initial deposit payment being non refundable and encouraged to see the process through. She acknowledged, and stated that she was just going to have to "chalk that up to a loss".
In the course of time since her start date, her assigned licensing manager has recorded 21 interactions with the client and her granddaughter, along with documentation sent and received from the client. She also decided to change the agency type that she had signed with us to start up about a month and a half after initiating the agreement, and which we were completely amenable to accommodateing the changeover. This client has also made no effort to reach out to the business in regard to a refund prior to contacting the Revdex.com; the only mention of funds paid was made on our part in reminding the client of her contractual obligation, which is in fact for $10,500 in total.
Thank you, Certified HomeCare for your help and support throughout this process. Your staff, each and everyone has been awesome. What a wonderful organization! We'll remember to recommend you highly to others.
