We hired this company/ [redacted] of our condominium prior to purchaseWe paid $so that we can have the peace of mind of knowing that the condo we were purchasing was in good condition, as it was advertised a turn-key and we did not want to spend any more money once we made the purchase and moved inWe moved in on Friday 6/8/On this weekend, we cooked and used the kitchen sink and ran the garbage disposalThis is when we noticed water leaking on the kitchen floorThere was water dripping from the garbage disposal unitIn fact, we noticed that the disposal looked very old and rusted! It looked horrible! It was all rusted out all around the top and bottom of the disposalOn Monday, 6/11/18, we made a phone call (and sent pictures) to ***, the inspector, and told him what happened and what we discovered - very old rusted garbage disposal that is now leakingWe said how could you have missed this - it obviously looks rusted out and very old! Missed a few things, when confronted he blamed me for not understanding the contract
