Review: Promise to refinance with no closing fees then turn around and ask for credit card to charge the appraisal to satisfy lender requirement with the promise to be credited back right away, then after everything is done and approved backing up from closing the loan and no one want to call you back or credit you back any money.
Note: I have all the corresponding emails, PFD's approval and good faith shows the credits with all closing expenses.Desired Settlement: Refunding me appraisal money and the money my bank charge me for them asking for a pay off Quote
First of all they are not accredited ! Yes so I should of known. Be Leary to using this company. They do not contact you. Thing leave you hanging, they say your closing in so many days than you don't than next thing you know it's three months later. They give addresses and they don't exists. Than they change the addresses only to find out there working out of a home address.... They order appraisals and than the deal doesn't of through. Total waste of money on borrowers part.
Review: Telemarketing calls that they make but do not respond when the phone is answered. Cannot call back, cannot get information to them to stop calling. They say they have an A+ rating by you. How can this be so with the low level of customer response/service. If they are right, you need to tighten your rating system.Desired Settlement: Check them out and give a more accurate rating.
Do not do business with this company. They are crooks. They will leave you hanging. They will convince you to apply for a mortgage with PMI tell you there is a second part to your loan to drop the PMI to get your business... And you don't have to pay mortgage for 3 months after you
Close then come to find out you fall short on your escrow. Then you will never here from them again.
