December 19, Revdex.com Jefferson St NE, Ste Albuquerque, NM Revdex.com, Ms [redacted] is blaming Sierra West Sales for service that was provided by [redacted] Installation whom installed her appliances [redacted] Installation does not except credit cards so Ms [redacted] either paid him by check or cashSo, I'm assuming her thinking is that the only recourse was to chargeback her credit card that she used to purchase her appliances thru Sierra West Sales for services that were unsatisfactory but were provided by another CompanyWe do recommend [redacted] Installation for installation of appliances bought thru our company but are no way affiliated with Sierra West SalesAs far as her comments regarding [redacted] [redacted] he can only do so much for a customer that is demanding something that is not possibleWe have been in business years and we pride in our customer service and satisfaction
