Review: Complaint against an attorney. Re: [redacted] [patient]. On April 2014, I brought my son to ER in [redacted] Hospital. I called them before to explain that my son was very ill. "Kidney stones" and that I had not health insurance. I was advised to bring him, it did not matter. He was inpatient, one day to the next one. A caseworker, brought some forms to him to apply for Charity Care, and advised us, not to be worry because the hospital bill was going to be coverage and paid 100%. As soon as he started receiving bills, we made copy back and front of his card, plus the statement and a letter to each doctor. Only one doctor continued billing my son. I sent twice copies of his Charity Care card showing that he was approved 100%. Unfortunately, is the only physician that do not understand, or did not get pay, since he move to another State, according to a letter he sent to my son few weeks later after. I went to the hospital but a nasty lady did not listened to us, someone who works at Charity Care. I sent copies to an attorney with copies, as well. It doesn't matter what still receiving collection letters.Desired Settlement: To update its information, remove the bad record against my son, since Charity Care paid 100% to each doctor. I want a letter apologizing for its mistake, showing a zero balance.

Review: Company has being harassing me by phone and letters. I have informed company that I did not owe hospital bills. Refused to investigate matter. Company report bill to credit agency and cause hardship and damage to credit.Desired Settlement: Need compensation for emotional distress and ruining of my credit, resulting in higher interest rate.
