We hired Jason to do a kitchen renovation in our 100 year old farmhouse (long overdue). He advised us on the layout, custom built the cabinets, made suggestions for countertops. The work was done with surprisingly little disruption ([redacted]), and in a very workmanlike manner.
Jason is a very easy tradesman to work with, and we would, and do recommend him for anything from deck rebuilds to general renovations.

Wrap it systems installed Hardie plank on our house. They did it on time and on budget. Polite crew. Good work. Would definitely recommend.

Our deck was in bad need of repair as it is our second exit out of the house and having just moved in with a myriad of other "have to's" there was little money in the budget. Jason came out gave us a quote, but we found the initial cost out of our reach. Jason came back and took a great deal of time discussing what had to be done and different ways we might accomplish getting a new deck that wasn't such a drain on our bank accounts. He was very dilligent about checking with bylaws and permits and sourcing out the best wood products (which seems to be a job on it's own these days) and keeping within the budget. In the end, the cost came in less than the original quote.
When asked, Jason explained he gives his best estimate and if it comes under the expected estimate, he does not pass that on to the customer just to make the extra profit. I found him to be very approachable, answering our sometimes off the wall questions with patience and we are well satisfied with his work, his professionalism and his truely caring nature. He spent a lot of time with us before trying to get us what we needed and within a buget we could handle. we now have a nice and functioning deck, well built and well within budget.
